Christy brings over 20 years of legal experience both as a paralegal and as a legal secretary. She has been published in national paralegal reporters and has been honored by the State Bar of Texas Legal Assistants Division and the Dallas Bar Association. Christy is the founder and former Chair of the Dallas Area Paralegal Association’s Animal Law Section, former Chair of the Legal Assistants Committee of the State Bar of Texas Animal Law Section, associate member of the State Bar of Texas Animal Law Section, and paralegal network member of the Animal Legal Defense Fund. She has spoken at various paralegal and community events. Currently, she is undergoing the law school admission process and plans to practice animal law.
